Payment

All payments are taken securely through Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit or debit card to pay through Paypal.

Postage

Parcels are sent by 1st class Royal Mail tracked/signed for and price calculated by size/weight.

Your order will be sent out weekdays Tuesday-Friday and we will try our best to do this the next working day or at least within 48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.  Please note this may be slightly longer at busier holiday times. Please let us know via email if this is a last minute “argh i have nothing to wear!” order as we know how this feels and we’ll try and come to the rescue.

Please allow up to 7 days for UK delivery and 28 days for Europe & Rest of World.

We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred upon the item entering your country.

We only send to the address provided by Paypal unless notified otherwise so therefore can not take responsibility for items not going to the correct address.

All parcels require a signature on delivery so if you are out please check with your local sorting office to see if they are looking after it for you there or maybe a nice neighbour has taken it in for you.

Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel and return your purchase. 

Geek Bothy LTD quality checks products, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email and we will issue a replacement or refund through Paypal upon receipt of goods returned to us in an unworn and resellable condition, for example no cigarette odour, make-up stains, physical damage, etc. the cost of postage to return to us will be payable by the customer and must be sent back to us using a tracked/recorded method.

If the item is faulty, a full refund including postage will be issued via Paypal on return and quality inspection of the goods.

Hair Dye once opened is NOT RETURNABLE for hygiene reasons.
